My stub comes out too long or too short.

The take-up changes from one bender to another. Check the number stamped on your bender's shoe and pick your bender in Settings, or add your own with its take-up.

Exact trigonometry or trade table?

Exact trigonometry gives the true geometry for any angle. The trade table uses the rounded constants printed on hand benders (30°: 2.0 and 1/4" per inch). Choose in Settings > Multipliers and shrink.

Why does the offset need shrink?

When you work towards an obstacle the offset shortens the run. Bendline adds the shrink to the marks for you when you choose "Up to an obstacle".

Does Bendline need an internet connection?

No. Everything is worked out on your iPhone or iPad, with no account and no data collected.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
